Dr. Lucille Ratliff Moore is Co-Founder and a Senior Pastor of New Life Christian Center of Wilmington, N.C.  She is a national known bible teacher and world traveler who have ministered to many missionary in Europe and Asia.  Her teaching tapes are teaching bible students in Zimbabwe, Africa and South America. Dr. Moore  host The Daily Bread Telecast and  The New Life Christian Bible College telecast aired  on Channel 4.

Dr. Lucille is anointed as a Prophet, Pastor. Many of her messages are aired on Pastor Ralph and the Word Telecast each Sunday morning on Channel 4.  She has authored   books class syllabus and bible study courses. 

She earned credits and certificates from Fayetteville State Teacher College, Central Piedmont Community College, Johnson C. Smith University and Duke University.  Dr. Lucille earned her  under graduate degrees from Trinity University.   She  earned her bible education from Word of Faith Leadership & Bible Institute of Dallas and received her her Doctorate of Divinity  from  Emmanuel Baptist University

She received other certificates from Wilmington's Music Academy & La Maison De Musique. She is advancing her music with Mr. Baker of Music in Warsaw, North Carolina.

 She is the mother of three children, Gabrielle, Weldon, Cassandra  and wife of Dr. Ralph W. Moore,
