Dr. Lucille Ratliff Moore is Co-Founder and a Senior Pastor of New Life Christian Center of Wilmington, N.C.  She is a national known bible teacher and world traveler who have ministered to many missionary in Europe and Asia.  Her teaching tapes are teaching bible students in Zimbabwe, Africa and South America. Dr. Moore  has hosted  The Daily Bread Telecast and  The New Life Christian Bible College telecast aired  on Channel 4. Dr. Lucille is anointed as a Prophet, Pastor.  She has authored  books, class syllabus and Bible study courses.  Dr. Lucille earned her undergraduate by studying at Fayetteville State University,  Johnson C. Smith University, receiving a undergraduate from Trinity and  a , Doctorate of Divinity  from  Emmanuel Baptist University.

She received other certificates from Duke University, Non-Profit Management, at UNC-Wilmington, Wilmington's Music Academy & La Maison De Musique.
